Customers who have already registered can log in to Hydraquip’s Job Manager portal to book service jobs online, with the bonus of real time status updates, enabling the customer to track the progress of their jobs. With the additional benefit of receiving electronic job sheets within 1hour providing customers with the opportunity to ascertain the cause of a hydraulic failure and allocate costs accordingly. This is supported by before and after photographs fresh from site, allowing customers to accurately assess and address the cost of a hired machine, or a warranty claim.
