Formed Gatwick Hose Services in 1989, from which grew the HYDRAQUIP group of companies. Duncan has worked in the fluid power industry since 1979 in a number of roles before setting up the group's first ‘unit' at Crawley. Based at Rochester, Duncan is involved in all of the HYDRAQUIP divisions.

Geoff Kelley
Commercial Director
Teamed up with HYDRAQUIP in 1994, with a background in the fluid power field since 1984. Switching over to the Braided side of the business has seen Geoff take on sales & marketing activities for this side of the company.

Wayne Booth
Operations Director
Since joining HYDRAQUIP in 1993 as an on site engineer, Wayne has progressed into his current role and has the responsibility of ensuring the smooth operation of the braided hose production facility and production.

Barry Saupin
Senior Sales Engineer
Barry joined HYDRAQUIP in 2008, with over twenty year's experience in the industry. With a great deal of experience in flexible hose applications, Barry has provided effective solutions to a wide range of industries, including catering, heating, plumbing and OEM's.

Val Thomas
Customer Services
Val joined in 2007 with a customer services role in the gas industry for a number of years. Her main role within the company is to ensure that customer enquiries and orders are dealt with efficiently and customers are kept up-to-date with progress.

Marketing
Rabs joined HYDRAQUIP in 2007 as a marketing co-ordinator after studying at university. Her primary role is ensuring that HYDRAQUIP keeps a noticeable presence by active and innovative marketing in a number of areas. She also deals with the sales ledger of the braided division.

Steve Kinnard
Production Supervisor
Production Team
Steve joined the company in July 2000. In his current role as Production Supervisor he is responsible for the smooth running of the braided manufacturing operation, ensuring all finished products go through a quality control process and are inspected before despatch.
