Manuli Rubber Industries launched the new range of MF2000 fittings after an extensive program of development and testing. This new innovative product is suitable for spiral and wire braid hose.

1 million impulse cycles have been achieved on spiral hose, which is far in excess of the 400,000 / 500,000 impulse cycles required by DIN & SAE norms.

Featuring our patented "tube friendly" insert design, MF2000 offers the highest levels of performance and service from hydraulic hose assemblies.

TEFLON PTFE HOSE

Manuli TEFLON is PTFE - (Polytetrafluoroethylene) and was discovered in 1938 by Du Pont Scientist Dr.Roy Plunkett. The high molecular weight resin displays outstanding resistance to a wide variety of oils and chemicals. Combined with its superior non-stick properties and wide temperature range, Manuli TEFLON is the ideal problem solver for any aggressive application.

The MF2000 insert range is approved with Manuli Teflon and interchangeable MTF ferrule system for the following applications:

AUTOMOTIVE: Brakes lines, Turbo feed and drain hoses, Fuel hose, Compressor discharge lines. CHEMICAL/PETRO CHEMICAL: Transfer lines for virtually all chemicals. FOOD: Transfer lines for all foods (FDA approved), Steam lines.
